This policy explains what information M1 Marketing Agency LLC ("M1 Marketing", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, m1-marketing.com, and the services we provide to clients, including services that involve access to advertising and marketplace accounts through authorized platform connections such as the Amazon Ads API and Login with Amazon.

1. Who we are

M1 Marketing Agency LLC is a marketing agency based in Aventura, Florida (Miami area), United States. We build and run marketing systems for ecommerce brands, including Amazon advertising management, marketplace operations, paid media, ecommerce web development and email marketing.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, or fill in a form, we collect what you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your request.

Information collected automatically on our website. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring URL, collected through cookies and analytics tools so we can understand how the site is used and keep it working.

Client account and advertising data. When you become a client and authorize us to work in your accounts — for example an Amazon Ads account, Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, Meta or Google advertising accounts, Shopify or Klaviyo — we access the data those platforms make available to authorized users and applications. For Amazon Ads this includes campaign, targeting, budget, spend, impression, click, conversion and sales performance data, and account and profile identifiers, accessed through the Amazon Ads API under the permissions you grant.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, and send proposals.
  • To deliver the services you have engaged us for: managing and optimizing advertising campaigns, building reports, operating marketplace accounts and building marketing systems.
  • To analyze campaign and account performance and make decisions on your behalf within the scope you have agreed.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website.
  • To meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information or client account data, and we do not use one client's advertising data to benefit another client.

4. Amazon Ads API and Login with Amazon

When you connect an Amazon Ads account to us through Login with Amazon, Amazon issues us an access token limited to the permissions you approve on Amazon's consent screen. We use that access only to provide the services you have engaged us for — campaign management, reporting and optimization on the advertising accounts you have authorized.

  • We access, use and store Amazon Ads data solely on behalf of the authorizing advertiser and in accordance with the Amazon Ads API License Agreement and Amazon Ads policies.
  • We do not sell, rent or share Amazon Ads data with third parties except service providers who process it for us under confidentiality obligations (see section 6).
  • We do not use Amazon Ads data to build audience profiles for unrelated purposes, to benchmark or benefit other advertisers, or for any purpose other than serving the authorizing advertiser.
  • You can revoke our access at any time from your Amazon account settings or by ending the authorization in your Amazon Ads account. When authorization ends or the engagement ends, we delete or de-identify Amazon Ads data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for our legitimate accounting records.

5. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data: access limited to people who need it to do the work, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication on platform accounts, encryption in transit, and secure, access-controlled storage for reports and exports. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

6. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • Service providers that host our website, run our analytics, scheduling and email tools, or store our files, under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing those services.
  • Platform providers (for example Amazon, Meta, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo) as necessary to operate within the accounts you have authorized.
  • Legal and safety recipients where required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect rights, safety and property.
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry and client relationship information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Client account and advertising data is retained only for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after, then deleted or de-identified, unless you ask us to remove it sooner or law requires longer retention.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing miguel@m1-marketing.com. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of certain sharing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.

10. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
